"Workout" by FLEISCH is an adrenaline-fueled track that beautifully blends the intensity of industrial metal with a driving beat. The song delivers the raw energy of bands like Marilyn Manson, Nine Inch Nails, and Rammstein, creating a mix of aggressive guitar riffs, pulsating electronic elements, and dark, gritty vocals. The track's pounding tempo makes it an intense sound experience, with an "in-your-face" attitude.

The influences are evident in the vocal delivery, which are quite lost in the production, though. Filled with sharp, mechanical beats and distorted synths pay homage to familiar industrial metal signature sounds. "Workout" is a song that claims attention, for its aggressive sound and for the ability to evoke the primal, rebellious spirit that defines industrial metal. 

"The iron-pumping, pulse-pounding explosion of adrenalizing beats and caustic synth lines unravels as a cybernetic rampage, capable of devouring any goth-littered dancefloor. 

 The frenzied melodic hooks pull you right into the centre of the cultivated fervour that synthesises the electrified aggression of Combichrist and Rammstein with the dance-worthy electricity of Cubante and Front 242 and puts Fleisch at the vanguard of the industrial metal revolution."

"Workout" is taken out of the forthcoming full length album, to be released late 2024. Mastered by Damage Audio’s Ben Farestvedt, released on March 29th with the official music video shot by Sharkroom Productions. Following the release, there are two more singles in the industrial pipeline before the unleashing of Fleisch’s third studio LP.

With ambitions to dominate the worldwide industrial, gothic, and electronic music scenes, Fleisch takes no prisoners with their viscerally mechanical cocktail of the heaviness and techno elements of Rammstein and the melodic sensitivities of Depeche Mode. 

After the release of their self-produced 2016 debut, 'MINE', the Northampton-forged trio promoted the LP by playing clubs and venues across Europe with the likes of Germany's OST+FRONT, gaining more fans and momentum with each show.
