Shadow Assembly, releases debut album!
Shadow Assembly, the new gothic band from US releases debut album.
We've already introduced to you Sonsombre and Brandon Pybus with several references in ElektroSpank | FMA. Unfortunately, we've missed to present to you Chronic Twilight and Micheal Louis, although I 've been watching his music for a while now. Chronic Twilight is the goth rock project of Michael Louis influenced from the sound and the music of bands like The Sisters of Mercy, Christian Death and March Violets.
Those two brilliant artists, decided to join forces under the name Shadow Assembly, and created a really convincing and beautiful debut gothic rock album, "Ghostcrawl", released and available on their bandcamp page on June, 30th.
Shadow Assembly is a combination of the music and sound of the two men behind Sonsombre and Chronic Twilight. And the result is a blend of the old-school gothic rock from the 90's and the dark wave, gothic rock that goes even earlier, in the dark paths of the 80's. All these, matched perfectly to a new wave of gothic rock.
"Ghostcrawl" includes all these elements that can make a debut album act as a strong base and keystone for the future of the band. Personally, I am really happy with efforts like these and artists like Brandon Pybus and Michael Louis can give a lot to gothic rock scene.
Additionally to the album released, the duo from US, created the first official video, for the song "Black Shadow of Me", which yiu can watch below.
Looking forward to Shadow Assembly's future steps and work.
Until then we can find "Ghostcrawl" in their bandcamp page....
